Q. How much does it cost to replace a tap or mixer in Dubai?

We charge a flat AED 99 site visit to confirm the job — 100% refunded when you go ahead — then a single fixed price for the replacement, agreed before any work starts.

Most basin, kitchen and shower mixer swaps are quick, same-visit jobs. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we can usually give you an estimate first.

Q. Can you install a tap or mixer I bought myself?

Yes — fitting a tap or mixer you've already bought is one of our most common jobs.

We bring the right connectors, install it cleanly and pressure-test every connection so it doesn't drip later. You only need to have the tap ready.

Q. My tap is leaking — should I repair or replace it?

A slow drip is often just a worn cartridge or washer, which we can repair. If the body is corroded or the tap is old, replacing it is usually the better-value fix.

We'll tell you honestly which makes sense rather than pushing a new tap you don't need.

Q. Can you replace a leaking angle valve or stopcock?

Yes. Leaking or seized angle valves and stop valves are a routine replacement for us — important ones, too, since they're how you shut off water in an emergency.

We swap them quickly and make sure they seal and turn properly.

Q. Do you replace concealed or built-in shower mixers?

Yes — we replace both exposed and concealed (built-in) shower mixers, and can split a single mixer to feed a new shower setup.

Concealed mixers take a little more work, but we keep the wall and tiling damage to the absolute minimum.

Q. Can you fit water-saving aerators to cut my water bill?

Yes. A tap aerator is the small screen at the end of the spout — fitting water-saving aerators across your home reduces water use while keeping the pressure feeling strong.
